- The greedy investors who should have realized that above market returns means there is something wrong...but they wanted their double digit returns in a single digit market. There is no free lunch in finance. Hell has no fury like a greedy person who is out schemed.

greedy investors? yes/maybe, but greed w/o duping thousands out of billions is not a crime. most are guilty of that to some degree or another. but, carrying out a scheme to intentionally dupe thousands out of billions is most definately a crime, especialy when the scheme was designed to eventually fail. he took his chance and lost big time like most of his sucker punched investors. i agree they should look into others that benefited from this scheme like the one investor i read about that pulled out w/ all his earnings (in billions) just before the scheme crashed.
